• Sydney Metropolitan Area: if you place your order before 10pm on a business day, it will arrive within 1- 3 business days.
  • Customers in NSW, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth: if you place an order before 2pm on a business day, it will arrive the 1-4 business days
  • Customers in the rest of Australia: Your order will take 3-4 business days to arrive.


A tracking is ID will be sent to you in an email. You can follow the link in that email onto their site, enter the tracking ID and check where your order is.


Deliveries must be signed for, however you may nominate to have the parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your porch). If you're not home when it arrives, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.


We currently ship only within Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping to military addresses and PO boxes is also possible. Confirmation email will let you know how long the item(s) you've ordered will take to arrive, and where they're coming from.

  • 2. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition and al accessories.

1. If the goods are faulty
Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

2. Returns Generally
This section 3 applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:

Here's how we refund - if you paid via:

  • Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.


We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Please remember, your financial institution can take an extra few days to get the refund back into your account.
